Restful sleep
Started with 1/4 of a gummy and not sure if it did much. After trying the next time with 1/2 gummy I slept for about 6 hours which is generally not enough for me. But I slept very well and woke up very well-rested and wide awake. This is going to be my go-to for a good nights sleep
