Shipping
Tree Huggers Co-op ships all orders through USPS, anywhere in the United States. We will also ship all orders same-day, if they are placed before 2 PM Central Time Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.
What shipping methods does Tree Huggers Co-op offer?
Tree Huggers Co-op offers free 2-3 day shipping on all CBD orders. Orders under $29.99 2-3 day shipping for a flat rate of $7.65, for all orders $30.00-$149.99 2-3 day shipping for a flat rate of $13.20, all orders over $150 get FREE Shipping. We ship through USPS for all domestic orders – excluding U.S. territories.
Is Tree Huggers Co-op able to ship to all 50 states?
Tree Huggers Co-op can ship to any street address in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Can my order ship through the weekend?
FedEx will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.
How soon can Tree Huggers Co-op ship my order?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.
Returns
Tree Huggers Co-op will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange. The customer must pay the return shipping cost and the cost to ship any exchanged goods back to you.
How much time will I have to make a return claim?
You have 30 days from your purchase date to make a return. Allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed. The customer will receive an email when the return has been processed. Tree Huggers Co-op will credit the customers' original form of payment for returns mailed within 30 days of the shipping date.
Double check the shipping address upon completion of a transaction! If the customer makes a mistake by entering an incorrect shipping address, the customer is responsible for paying additional shipping fees in order to resend returned packages. Unreturned packages that get lost in the mail due to an incorrect address are nonrefundable.
